Treasurer’s Report: Nancy Beatty reported that with $116,396.91 in the treasury starting February and with $10,658 in income and $15,422.53 in expenses (lawn maintenance and miscellaneous), March starts with $111,632.38 in the treasury. A motion to approve the report was unanimously approved. A complete report is attached.

President's Report: Steve praised the lawn maintenance work by Sunny South and Jim Dubberly. He once more cautioned walkers to carry a light when out in the dark mornings and evenings.

Vice-President Report: No report.

Violations (Property Compliance): Several reports received and resolved; dog problems, missing papers, and parking issues. A house in ownership transition is badly in need of maintenance. A tree trimming is pending property line resolution. Note: April paint sale at Sherwin-Williams. Bob is leaving for the north soon so direct your violation reports to a Board member.

Bob’s Tip of the month: Protect yourself from sales and phone scams. Info meetings are held every third Tuesday by the Sheriff’s office at Homer’s at 9:15 am.

Architectural/Landscaping: A satellite dish was installed.

Note the new seawall on Lake Marlene.

Welcoming: One visit was made

Old Business: Karen Sasher’s picnic report is attached. Thanks to Karen and to her committee for a very successful event.

New Business: Nancy reported that the Sheriff’s office is embarking on an aggressive ticketing campaign so watch your speed and seat belts.

Meeting adjourned. The next scheduled Board meeting is April 5 at the GHOA facility at 4 pm.
