CORMORANT POINT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The May 4, 2016 meeting of the Board of Directors was aborted and cancelled because the meeting room was locked. There was no formal business for the Board to conduct so we will not meet again until September. Informal notes will constitute our May minutes.
Minutes: Minutes of the May emailed and posted on our bulletin board on the Waterwood commons. They also appear in the Golf Hammock web site. If a member would like a printed copy of the minutes, please contact Bob Rivenes 385-5790.
Treasurer’s Report: Nancy Beatty reports that we started the month of April with $82,623.20 in the checking account so that with receipts of $34,450 and expenses (for lawn maintenance and miscellanies) of $16456.92, the balance in the account at end of the month was $100,616.28. A full report is attached.
President's Report: No report.
Vice-President Report: No report.
Violations (Property Compliance): (Property Compliance): Violations are down, with only a couple of small problems to be addressed. We’ve had many compliments on our new sign at the entrance to CP.
Architectural/Landscaping: A request to enclose a lanai was approved.
Welcoming: Three visits were made.
Old Business: None.
New Business: None.
The next scheduled Board meeting is September 7 at the GHOA facility at 4:00 pm.
